CANCELLATION POLICY

Envy Her Studios Cancellation Agreement 

We ask you to realize that when you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, we miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot, and our standby clients miss the chance to receive our services.

Our Policy:

• A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will invoke a lost of your session without any credit or reimbursement.
• Should you arrive late for your appointment, your session time will start at the time of scheduled appointment and will be completed at scheduled finish time. The time lost from late arrival will be lost for that session and cannot be credited towards any other appointments. We cannot allow for your session to be extended due to other scheduled appointments. 
• We realize that emergencies occur. If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we simply request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance. If the booking was made for the same day, we require at least 4 hours notice.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY.
